Fusion was established in Sydney in 1960 and is a Christian youth and community work organization with team and centres across every state in Australia and in the.Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa Working alongside people and groups who want to make a difference, Fusion aims to lay a foundation from which the next generation can make  meaningful contribution.

Fusion is concerned with re-building fragmented community in a way that includes both young people and their families and is convinced that where individuals experience meaning and community, they become resilient in coping with the crises that life brings.
